We are having problems with this order form. We request that you provide payment information on my web page dynmodel.com/iorders.html, calling our toll-free number 888-770-1812, by email, or by fax, or you may Paypal your information/payment.
You can pay by credit card (V, MC, AMEX, Disc) or Paypal or by mailing me a check or money order. This is a home business, and I am having trouble meeting minimums with credit cards so I prefer to take those when possible, but any method is OK. Whatever's most convenient for you.
If you email, you can spell out your credit card numbers phonetically "For oh too for ate six three won..." You can even split it into two separate emails if you prefer. I have not had a single complaint for any of these methods.

- Canada/Mexico: Add US$8 for one or two books, Global Priority Mail delivery.

- Europe, Asia, South Pacific, Africa, South America add US$10 for one or two books.
